BK Patterson delivered a bold and contemporary fit-out for Pho Mo, a Vietnamese street food hotspot on Dixon Street, Wellington. Designed to create an immersive dining experience, the space blends urban edge with warm, welcoming tones, reflecting the rich flavours and energy of its cuisine.

Materials & finishes

The interior features a striking combination of materials, including herringbone-patterned American oak wall lining, which adds warmth and texture to the space. Complemented by polished concrete floors and deep-toned tiles, the fit-out achieves a balance between industrial durability and inviting aesthetics.

Pho Mo’s design is brought to life with bright paintwork, crisp lines, and precision finishes. Neon signage, bold accent coluors, and sleek black seating create a dynamic yet comfortable environment, making it a standout destination for food lovers in the heart of Wellington.
